Hey, i also had problems with uncomfortable headphone, i can recommend you buy 3rd party earpads. Brainwavz HM5 is one of the most popular. I bought a knockoff on aliexpress for $5 and my headphones became wearable, can sit for 10 hours no problem. They do change the sound signature though. I think these lowered the 800hz and 4000hz for me so be warned.
